The course will be structured according to the clientele attending the retreat. Intensity of classes and training will be geared to the levels and experience of our attendees.

What to expect

You can expect to attend 3-4 sessions a day, these will be a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and personal one-to-one sessions and massage, with optional classes available.
